📋 Description

• Maintain effective communication and frequent contact with key customers and field team members • Ensure product enhancements and improvements are complete and accurate • Act as the expert in product knowledge and subject matter • Perform highly complex diagnostic procedures • Prepare reports for senior leadership using interpreted test information to resolve design and system-related problems and ensure continuous improvement • Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership • Keep key customers and field teams informed about outstanding issues • Recommend system enhancements, upgrades, or repairs

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 5+ years of experience on light applied equipment, including Applied Rooftop Units, Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, and Split Systems • 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite • Clean and valid driver’s license • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC • Ability to lead and motivate teams • Strong problem solving, planning, and management skills • Ability to read and understand the scope of work • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience handling multiple simultaneous challenges requiring knowledge of different disciplines • Customer-focused team player
