• You will accurately and diligently enter new patients into our patient management tool • You will handle appointment scheduling by phone and communicate with our patients — your empathy is essential! • You will maintain Excel lists and support administrative tasks across our tools • You will help prepare and organize our live webinars • You will actively contribute to the development of processes and structures at Caspar Clinic — your ideas are always welcome!

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying health sciences, medicine, physiotherapy, or a related field • You have an interest in digital media and health apps • You are confident communicating in German (written & spoken); English skills are a plus • You are empathetic, responsible and enjoy working in a team • You are eager to learn new things and to actively shape processes — we learn with you!
