📋 Description

• Deliver accurate, timely financial reports for Members • Maintain clean, audit-ready books, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and account reconciliations • Track assets, liabilities, and loan amortizations • Manage tax liabilities and prepare documents for audits and financial reviews • Translate complex financial information into accessible insights for entrepreneurs • Collaborate directly with Members on budgets, actuals, and growth planning • Recommend accounting systems and automation to save time and reduce errors • Mentor junior accountants and help raise team standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of professional accounting experience • At least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role • 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required) • 2+ years working in an accounting firm or similar fast-paced, multi-client environment • Deep knowledge of GAAP • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs • Strong project management and deadline management abilities • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain the reasoning behind financial data • Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful • Passion for process improvement and learning new tools • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must reside and work from CO, FL, GA, NC, NY, OK, UT, or WI • Work sponsorship is not available
