📋 Description
• Support Class Members virtually with information, resources and Claim Form support • Assist claimants in completing claim forms • Participate in training sessions and self-directed learning classes • Carry out work following established health and safety protocols • Contribute to a positive safety culture
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working with Indigenous Peoples and communities • Bilingual proficiency in both English and French • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Strong knowledge and awareness of Indigenous culture and history • Ability to work professionally in an Indigenous language is an asset • Access to a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet • Willingness to learn and adapt as work evolves • Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required
