• Qualify and nurture B2B leads • Generate new opportunities and provide pipeline and sales enablement support. • Play a key role in account management support, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion within existing partnerships. • Expand our reach, deepen relationships, and advance our mission to make workplaces work for women—and everyone. • Schedule discovery and closing calls for senior team members. • Maintain Salesforce with accurate activity tracking, lead status, and pipeline updates. • Support proposal development and ensure messaging aligns with Catalyst’s value proposition.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development, business development, or relationship management (experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is a plus). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically across diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Strong initiative, solution-orientation, and results-driven approach. • A mission-driven mindset with intellectual curiosity, persistence, and a collaborative spirit. • Experience supporting C-level executives. • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or tech sales. • Comfort using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Asana).
