📋 Description

• Drive delivery of financial results within the region through effective execution and governance of operational practices • Analyze operational performance metrics and deliver continuous improvement to meet or exceed operational KPIs • Lead adoption of nationally designed service delivery models and processes, identify innovation opportunities, and address performance gaps • Ensure client and staff health and well-being through policy compliance, risk management, and facility management • Ensure compliance with contracts, accreditations, and legislative/regulatory bodies • Collaborate with Area/Clinic Managers, national operations, and corporate business partners to meet contractual and business needs • Define and deliver regional targets with the Vice-President, Operations • Engage, connect with, lead, develop, and inspire Clinic/Area Managers and team members • Drive team member experience, talent retention, role clarity, and leadership development • Implement regional engagement initiatives and action plans • Navigate change required by centralization initiatives • Ensure consistently strong client experiences and timely access to services • Address client concerns with Clinic/Area Managers and business partners • Engage local communities through sponsorships and local social media content • Identify service provision and stakeholder opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement • Support local private acute referral development and partnerships • Deliver contractual KPIs across the region • Identify potential acquisition targets for referral to Corporate Development

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Health, Business or Health Administration, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a general operational management role in a service-focused organization • Ideally, experience in a senior management role in a health care organization • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operating units/sites • Strong leadership and ability to inspire, motivate, set goals, and hold staff accountable • Strategic thinking and decision-making aligned with organizational goals • Excellent communication with staff, corporate management, and stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills • Decisiveness and ownership of consequences • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and unexpected situations • Effective time management and ability to manage competing priorities • Strong relationship-building skills with staff, patients, and stakeholders • Strong business acumen across financial and clinical aspects of clinics • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate people • Proven ability to manage complexity and change initiatives
