📋 Description

• Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, communications, events, and promotional activities • Support development and updating of marketing collateral, presentations, email communications, and digital content • Manage project timelines, task tracking, approvals, and distribution of marketing materials • Coordinate logistics for webinars, conferences, internal meetings, and client-facing events • Maintain organized files, templates, contact lists, and campaign materials using applicable technology tools • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support timely completion of deliverables • Track marketing activities and assist with reporting on campaign performance and operational support needs • Provide day-to-day administrative and production support for the marketing function • Support CBIZ Technology's AI Advisory & Transformation growth strategy and client-facing AI team

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required • 3 years of experience in a related field • Must have and preserve required licenses • Must achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise • Must be able to work in a team environment • Presentation skills mandatory • Proficient use of applicable technology • Demonstrated verbal and written communication across all organizational levels, internally and externally • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs • Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field • Preferred: Experience supporting marketing initiatives in professional services, technology, or B2B environments • Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, marketing platforms, and collaboration tools • Preferred: Experience with event coordination, campaign support, or content production • Preferred: Interest in AI, emerging technology, and B2B marketing
