📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of current business operations, processes, and workflows • Identify and evaluate AI opportunities that can generate business value and operational efficiencies • Source, gather, and analyze large, complex datasets for potential AI use cases • Conduct value-versus-feasibility assessments for AI initiatives • Uncover and present insights, trends, inefficiencies, and potential ROI from data analysis • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for operational leaders and technical teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate opportunities and contribute to AI project roadmaps and design specifications • Prepare and deliver presentations of findings and recommendations to diverse audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field • Proven experience working with large and complex datasets in the healthcare industry • Experience with data analysis tools and languages, including SQL, Python, R, Excel, and BI platforms • Prior experience identifying or supporting AI/automation projects • Ability to critically evaluate information, exercise sound judgment, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for improvement and innovation • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes; RCM can be taught to candidates with strong data analysis skills
