📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Sage 100 ERP, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support • Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance using Sage 100 • Customize and configure Sage 100 modules, including Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Distribution • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Sage 100 environments • Conduct user training and develop supporting documentation • Provide clients with best-practice recommendations and solution roadmaps • Coordinate with internal technical teams, project managers, and third-party vendors • Stay current with Sage 100 features, updates, and industry trends • Contribute to proposal development and sales support as a subject matter expert

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred • 3 years of experience in related field • Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise; must have and preserve required licenses • Must be able to work in a team environment • Competence in presentation to effectively communicate information to diverse audience using visual aids, verbal delivery and engaging presentation techniques • Proficient use of applicable technology • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally • Must be able to travel based on client and business need • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Sage 100 ERP • Strong understanding of business processes such as accounting, finance, inventory management, and distribution • Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a consulting environment • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools within the Sage 100 ecosystem • Ability to travel occasionally for client engagements
