📋 Description

• Define the long-term product strategy for the digital seller team • Drive product direction from conception to execution • Define product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business goals and customer needs • Build relationships with technical and non-technical teams • Build relationships with product end users across Sales, Solutions and Services, Operations, PPM, and Finance • Present and demonstrate capabilities to all organizational levels, including the C-suite • Define and track KPIs for product initiatives • Develop features using hypothesis-driven approaches • Develop and articulate product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and market trends • Translate roadmaps into actionable growth and innovation strategies • Define and maintain persona-based journey maps • Own and prioritize the product backlog • Conduct market research and user interviews • Lead feature prioritization and coordinate with Agile teams on Program Increments • Create and maintain feature backlogs, WSJF artifacts, Sprint Plans, and Release Notes • Collaborate with architects, designers, and product owners on scalable solutions • Support CDW’s quality management system and report client problems or service outages • Communicate service-quality and client-satisfaction improvement ideas • Follow CDW values, policies, procedures, and quality instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience • Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban • Experience with subscriptions, annuities, and/or renewable contracts requiring lifecycle management • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate granular detail at a high level • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint • Ability to present data for full scenario understanding • Track record of identifying process improvements and making recommendations • Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia PSA, and Lucidchart is a plus • Experience with Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, or other subscription management platforms is a plus
