📋 Description

• Partner with the Director of Growth and Chief Revenue Officer to shape growth strategy • Translate growth strategy into clear priorities and plans • Own the growth roadmap and metrics across conversion, retention and expansion • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using product data, funnel analysis and user insight • Design, run and analyze A/B tests and other experiments • Use LLMs and AI tools to prototype and demo ideas quickly • Write product requirements and partner with engineering and design from discovery through launch and post-release optimization • Define, track and report growth KPIs • Explain KPI movement and its implications for priorities • Develop evidence-backed recommendations for larger growth bets • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, data, marketing and customer-facing teams • Deliver measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion • Present a growth experiment and demonstrate AI usage during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on growth • Proven track record in a product-led growth or self-serve organization • Experience owning KPIs such as trial-to-paid conversion, retention and expansion • Hands-on experience designing A/B tests and iterating based on learnings • Strong analytical skills, including KPI definition, funnel analysis and data-driven recommendations • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar • Clear written communication skills • Experience working closely with engineers and designers • Experience leading cross-functional work through influence • Fluency with AI tools and LLMs for prototyping, demos, research, analysis, specifications and delivery • Ability to work effectively in a remote, async-first setting • Must be able to work remotely; the company hires globally
