📋 Description

• Own key features powering Just Eat Takeaway.com’s financial services experience • Translate business strategy into high-impact, scalable, high-quality products • Partner with Product Leads and stakeholders to create a clear, prioritized product backlog • Own end-to-end feature delivery and make scope decisions • Lead squad execution alongside Engineering • Drive Agile ceremonies, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and remove operational blockers • Define product-area KPIs and use quantitative data and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses • Track feature success and drive continuous product enhancements • Manage relationships across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams • Maintain transparent communication, manage risks, and navigate dependencies • Conduct user research and identify efficiency gains and user friction points • Report to the Head of Product, Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, preferably within Fintech or high-scale digital products • Ability to establish success metrics, interpret analytics, and combine data with user feedback • Strong fluency in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Comfortable working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs, scope, and system constraints • Proactive, self-starter mindset with full accountability for features • Ability to navigate ambiguity with structured thinking and adapt quickly when plans change • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to articulate feature vision to technical and non-technical business partners • Ability to own the lifecycle of a product feature from concept through release documentation, operational launch, and post-launch optimization • Ability to connect feature work to domain strategy, company OKRs, and courier satisfaction metrics • Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems independently • Ability to conduct user research in partnership with specialists and map business processes
