📋 Description

• Define and drive product strategy • Craft and prioritize initiatives and epics for new IB&CS features • Establish and track KPIs measuring adoption, performance, and market growth • Gather and translate direct customer feedback into actionable user stories • Provide regular roll-up updates to the leadership team • Design, configure, and customize APIs including DICOM, HL7, FHIR, IHE, XDS, ECC and eMPI • Interface best practices and workflows with PACS, RIS, EMRs, public-health agencies, devices, and patient portals • Facilitate detailed IB&CS workflow/dataflow workshops with clients, vendors, and SMEs • Serve as Product Owner in SCRUM/SAFe, driving PI planning, sprint reviews, and feature demos • Collaborate with Development, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure on-time, high-quality releases • Continuously integrate stakeholder and customer feedback • Represent AGFA at industry working groups, conferences, and Connectathons • Develop RFP responses, white papers, and thought-leadership collateral

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related • 5+ years in Healthcare IT product management, R&D, or interoperability engineering • Deep knowledge of DICOM, IHE, HL7, XDS, FHIR, eMPI and related terminology • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, public cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and machine learning applications • Proven track record integrating PACS, RIS, EMR, and other clinical systems • Demonstrated success managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch • Comfortable as Product Owner in a scaled Agile environment • Demonstrable record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle • Exceptional written and verbal skills; able to translate technical topics for all audiences • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Ability to work in North America
