📋 Description

• Own the performance of the product portfolio, including profitability (P&L), pricing, positioning, and growth • Shape product strategy and portfolio direction • Maintain market relevance and competitive positioning • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic vendors • Lead vendor relationships, negotiations, and escalations • Represent Sherweb as a credible, senior partner • Influence vendors to align with Sherweb’s marketplace strategy • Drive go-to-market execution with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and launches • Support Sales with pricing decisions, deal strategy, and product expertise • Help close complex opportunities when needed • Identify friction, gaps, and inefficiencies in internal product operations • Balance short-term fixes with longer-term improvements • Align Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Platform teams • Lead through influence, clarity, and credibility • Add strategically significant vendors to the marketplace • Deliver presentations, reviews, and special initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Business Applications and/or SMB/MSP AI products • Exposure to MSPs, Cloud services, VARs, or distributors • Strong asset if you’ve worked in a Cloud marketplace or distribution model • Financial and commercial acumen (pricing, margins, tradeoffs) • Native level or fluent English required (spoken and written) • French is an asset • Learns fast and enjoys absorbing complex information • Highly effective at managing frequent context switching across multiple vendor relationships • Naturally curious and connects ideas across domains • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect data • Confidence to represent the company with senior vendors • Communicates clearly, directly, and with impact • Grit and resilience when facing problems
