We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us. • The Team: Our Enterprise Sales team is responsible for selling into Fortune 50-500 brands across NAM and across Manufacturing, High Tech, Life Sciences, Utilities, Banking and Retail and more. Using a consultative sales approach, you will create and cultivate relationships to build and maintain customers for life. • The work you’ll do: As an Account Executive, Expand - Energy, you’ll focus on deepening relationships within a portfolio of strategic accounts and driving growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities. • Houston based seasoned seller with a consultative approach for the farmer role. • Comfortable in technical conversations, communication at depth, respected by engineers • Represent Celonis’ full suite of solutions, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management. • Own an individual revenue target, closing six-figure deals and driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives. • Collaborate closely with partners, including Big 4 consulting firms, other SaaS providers, and industry specialists. • Lead and coordinate with a virtual team, including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, customer success managers, and professional services teams. • The qualifications you need: • Proven Success in Account Growth: Demonstrated ability to expand wallet share, increase adoption, and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer bases. • Relationship Management Expertise: Track record of building and maintaining trusted, long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives. • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer pain points and the ability to align Celonis’ solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. • Sales Cycle Mastery: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with ease. • Collaborative Mindset: Skilled at working cross-functionally and leveraging internal resources to achieve shared success. #BestTeamWins • Partner Collaboration: Experience working with consulting firms and enterprise technology partners to drive joint success. • Adaptability and Resilience: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, bringing a creative and positive approach to challenges. • Excellent Communication Skills: Confidently present to and engage with senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling and presentations. • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role. ...
