📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level internal and external executives, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives • Lead and manage strategic customer engagements as the accountable program lead and engagement manager • Staff engagements using resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, including Servicing, Product, and Engineering • Mentor customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence • Mentor and coach team members and provide managers with performance feedback • Own the end-to-end customer value journey • Influence customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise • Establish Celonis program roadmaps and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders • Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams • Align Celonis delivery with customer strategies and business-critical objectives • Drive value realization, platform adoption, project completion, client satisfaction, and usage targets • Organize and lead customer advisory boards • Represent the customer voice within Celonis and collaborate on advocacy strategies • Drive customer presence and sponsorship at Celonis and industry events • Represent Celonis at conferences, webinars, and through published thought leadership • Collaborate on innovation and new asset development • Contribute to value engineering playbooks, resources, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related industry experience required • Strong experience driving measurable results through end-to-end large-scale transformation programs • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus • Deep exposure to successful change management practices • Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data, facts, and confidence • Ability to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with subject matter experts and practice leads • Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and technology stacks • Experience in Solution Design • AI solution design and rollout experience is a plus • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into the customer business landscape • Self-motivated and proactive team player • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments • Willingness to travel approximately 70% to meet customer stakeholder needs • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role • MBA strongly preferred
