• Follow up with patients according to the approved/allowed cadence to obtain reimbursement-related updates and information required to support case progression • Update and maintain patient files accurately and promptly, documenting reimbursement activities, outcomes, and communications • Support reimbursement processes by collecting, reviewing, and recording coverage, claims status, and patient access information • Escalate reimbursement issues, coverage barriers, and case-specific concerns to appropriate team members • Report adverse events identified during patient interactions according to company policies and procedures • Maintain accurate and current records in applicable systems and department files • Compile reimbursement-related information for reporting, tracking, and case management • Perform general administrative tasks including mail management, document entry, and filing-system maintenance • Process co-pay requests for patients, pharmacies, and/or physicians as needed • Collaborate with program managers, accounting, and third-party payment administrators to ensure KPI achievement, payment timeliness, and payment accuracy • Schedule appointments and organize meeting rooms • Verify and update site-specific reports, investigate errors and discrepancies, make corrections, and notify relevant staff • Prepare correspondence and presentations for internal and external contacts • Manage multiple projects across departments and business segments • Participate in planned and unplanned departmental projects • Interact with internal teams and management to resolve case and workload issues • Maintain positive and professional working relationships • Comply with applicable policies, privacy requirements, safety rules, and program guidelines • Perform related duties as assigned
• Post-secondary education in a related field • 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a pharmaceutical setting • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications • Proven accuracy when processing large amounts of data • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new skills as required • Bilingual French/English is required • Effective written and verbal communication • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Problem-solving ability • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to implement processes meeting audit requirements • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Strong business acumen and financial understanding
