📋 Description

• Lead resolution of routine and moderately complex medical information inquiries using approved content, response standards, and documentation requirements • Review and maintain scientific response content, knowledge resources, and documentation records • Capture, triage, document, and escalate adverse events, product quality complaints, and other reportable safety information within required timelines • Coordinate with medical affairs, regulatory, safety, and operational partners • Recommend and implement approved updates to templates, checklists, routing practices, and workflow controls • Mentor junior colleagues and reinforce updated procedures and documentation expectations • Evaluate inquiry trends and service data to identify workflow and knowledge-delivery improvements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of experience in medical information, drug information, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs support, clinical services, healthcare operations, scientific communications, or a related field required • Associate's degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, pharmacology, life sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, or a related field preferred • Certification in medical information, drug information, pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or equivalent preferred • Certification in clinical research, clinical operations, scientific communication, medical writing, quality management, quality systems, or equivalent preferred
