📋 Description

• Support pharmacy liaison workflows by handling routine inquiries, documenting requests, and coordinating follow-up with patients, providers, payers, and internal teams • Coordinate case-related activities including status tracking, information collection, documentation review, and communication updates • Maintain accurate records in case management, pharmacy, and related operational systems • Collaborate with pharmacy operations, reimbursement, customer support, and external stakeholders on routine handoffs and standard issues • Monitor open requests, service timelines, and pending items; communicate updates and escalate issues when needed • Support preparation and maintenance of job aids, reference materials, and standard documentation • Provide accurate information on routine processes, requirements, and next steps; refer complex questions and exceptions to appropriate personnel

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare coordination, customer service, reimbursement support, or a related field required • Certification in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare administration, customer service, or equivalent preferred • Must live within 50 miles of 6001 Global Distribution Way #102, Louisville, KY 40228, or within 50 miles of 5025 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010 • Availability Monday–Friday for an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, based on needs
