📋 Description

• Align with the Digital Transformation Order Fulfillment domain of Supply Chain, focusing on Supply Chain Design & Orchestration, Supply Chain Execution, and Integrated Demand Planning • Drive intentional architecture across the portfolio to maintain architectural runway and achieve business outcomes • Ensure integrity of technical architecture and design across the Order Fulfillment portfolio and associated products • Leverage cloud-based applications and platform integrations with built-in quality and performance throughout the software and platform development lifecycle • Ensure development objects follow defined technology patterns and principles with positive quality outcomes • Validate and rationalize technologies to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and lower total cost of ownership • Establish architectural patterns, viewpoints, organizational standards, and policies • Identify major system interfaces, business capability needs, architecture weaknesses, and opportunities • Enable business and IT leaders to make balanced investment decisions • Mentor and coach less experienced staff and provide knowledge transfer • Provide roadmaps, patterns, principles, standards, and best practices • Guide complex, cross-functional proofs of concept, pilots, and digital products • Lead or advise on strategic merger and acquisition activities • Lead transformation programs and guide organizations through change • Collaborate with application architects and delivery teams to ensure adherence to enterprise architecture practices • Research options, articulate pros and cons, and provide clear recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, System Analysis, or a related field • 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, including solution architecture, application design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations • 3-5 years of system integration and implementation experience • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture techniques and patterns • Experience aligning business capabilities with technology • Ability to guide technical teams and solution architects • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies • Strong techno-functional and business domain knowledge and processing environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead and drive innovation with AI • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders • Ability to present business issues, strategies, and technical information clearly and persuasively • Knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces • General understanding of operating systems, databases, application servers, web servers, and integration technologies • Knowledge of cloud-native application development with microservices and event-based architecture practices • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, business process modeling, application design patterns, and techno-functional documents in an Agile way of working with a product mindset
