📋 Description

• Bridge strategy, execution, and governance to ensure larger-scale initiatives deliver business value • Develop integrated program plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, and governance routines • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, data, and business teams • Resolve blockers and maintain program momentum • Deliver program risks and issues through structured escalation frameworks • Facilitate decision-making with appropriate stakeholder involvement • Produce executive-ready program status reporting, delivery dashboards, and decision briefings • Drive improvements to project management practices, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards • Guide less experienced project managers on planning methods, risk management, and stakeholder communication practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required • Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred
