📋 Description

• Lead large scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement • Work with organizational leaders on restructuring and realignment of team members • Oversee program planning, management, and execution, including scope, schedule, and budget • Create comprehensive timelines and ensure appropriate project deliverables are maintained according to project management standards • Coordinate project managers and business analysts managing individual workgroups across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, and other functions • Create executive-level dashboards and project status updates • Collaborate with teams to create reports for ongoing analytics after project implementation • Create and deliver best-practice and training information to indirect reports, peers, and employees • Work with the training team to create and review training materials • Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees and the Executive team • Assess program risks and escalate issues to leadership as needed • Manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, and strategic analysis of business or operational opportunities • Serve as the first escalation point for project issues and risks • Resolve issues with project teams and create risk mitigation plans • Communicate business and technology issues and solutions effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required • 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required • Previous experience as a lead in a functional area • Experience managing cross-functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff performance • Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end enterprise level initiatives supporting Duals, D-SNP, Medicare, or Medicaid programs strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience in managed healthcare operations, including system implementations/migrations, claims, enrollment, and provider setup, strongly preferred • Master’s degree preferred • Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
