📋 Description

• Lead analytic service delivery by aligning strategic objectives with development of tools, capabilities, and deployment of analytic teams • Lead strategic healthcare analytics initiatives focused on utilization management data, regulatory reporting, and executive decision support • Prioritize and direct enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives • Translate business goals into actionable analytic solutions • Provide senior leadership support and partnership between business and technical partners • Interface with leadership to communicate strategic intent to analytic teams • Prioritize team work and manage executive customer expectations and relationships • Align team goals and resource deployment with strategic objectives and the needs of multiple health plans and corporate stakeholders • Serve as a primary domain contact, escalation point, and accountability owner for customer partnership and satisfaction • Lead realization of analytics strategy set by executive governance and internal leadership teams • Partner with leaders across analytic domains to align business needs and co-develop analytic solutions • Mentor, manage, and ensure continuous development of leaders and analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field • 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, leading an organization, creating strategic plans, and operationalizing functional teams • Working knowledge of SQL/querying languages • Experience with table creation and indexing, query optimization, and utilization of stored procedures • Demonstrated ability mentoring and training people leaders across multiple areas of focus • Master's degree preferred • Direct experience in strategic planning and solutioning preferred • Broad exposure and understanding of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques preferred • Knowledge of basic statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques, including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis preferred • Experience in change management processes and procedures preferred • Preferred knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools, including Microsoft PowerBI • Experience with clinical operations data to support regulatory reporting highly preferred
