📋 Description

• Support pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation • Dispense Specialty Rx medications • Perform varied, moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments • Perform computations • Contact physicians for prescription clarification • Enter prescription orders into the system • Support pharmacists and patients by following Specialty Rx operational processes and programs • Communicate effectively with patients and providers • Identify work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters • Prioritize and time assignments with limited direction • Work independently while following standard policies and practices • Complete virtual training during the first few weeks of employment • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates MUST reside in Arizona, Florida, or Ohio • Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state you reside • Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA) • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or inbound and/or outbound phone experience • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel • Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong data entry • Experience in healthcare preferred • Call center experience preferred • Resume attachment in PDF or Word format • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST after training • Ability to complete virtual training during the first few weeks of employment
