⢠3+ years of experience in capture management and/or proposal writing, preferably in IT services ⢠Proven track record of winning government and private sector contracts ⢠Strong understanding of federal, state, and local procurement processes ⢠Experience with GovSignals or similar opportunity tracking/pipeline management tools ⢠Exceptional writing skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content ⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or related field preferred ⢠Experience in IT services industry, particularly cybersecurity, digital transformation, or cloud services ⢠APMP certification a plus ⢠Knowledge of federal contracting vehicles, including SBA 8(a), GSA MAS, and Seaport-NxG
