🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience as a full cycle SMB account executive at a seed or Series A SaaS startup, consistently closing high-volume deals • Experience hitting a $400K+ annual quota • Previously held an SDR role or equivalent position • Thrive in unstructured environments • Clear and confident communicator • Coachable with a strong desire to learn • Excited about helping startup founders / SMB owners • Former founder and/or founding account executive (Bonus) • Experience at a hyper growth startup (Bonus) • Subject matter experience (HR, payroll, benefits, etc) (Bonus) • Great Linkedin/Twitter presence (Bonus) • Can work in Pacific timezone (Bonus)
