📋 Description

• Own Professional Services delivery end to end, including scope, quality, timelines, margin, and delivery personnel • Build and implement a unified PS operating model covering methodology, resourcing, utilization, margin discipline, quality gates, and ownership across delivery, engagement management, and AI-enabled implementation • Unify EMEA and US regions under one framework while preserving regional accountability • Own customer escalations and provide senior leadership on difficult escalation calls • Establish commercial discipline around scoping, change management, and charging • Standardize engagement management and establish a coaching cadence and durable operating standards • Define and formalize partner delivery models, including ownership, SOWs, change orders, and new-business tracking • Govern the Professional Services-to-Managed Services handoff after go-live • Build processes to surface expansion signals and route them to Sales/CSM • Use delivery data and utilization to guide organizational design, SOW recalibration, and team growth or efficiency decisions • Report to the CEO • Publish the initial PS operating model and partner delivery framework within 90 days • Establish EM standards, partner tracking, appropriate scoping and charging, and visible margin/utilization improvements within six months • Consolidate PS into one operating model and improve escalations, partner delivery, and EM performance within 12 months

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned PS/delivery leader from complex enterprise B2B SaaS • Ideally selling into the Global 2000 in risk, compliance, procurement, or an adjacent regulated domain • Proven experience owning delivery P&L levers: methodology, resourcing, utilization, margin, and scope-to-charge discipline • Calm, credible, and firm under pressure during difficult escalation calls • Genuine people leader who coaches senior delivery professionals, including regional delivery directors and engagement managers • Experience with partner-delivered engagements, including SOWs, change orders, and clear scope boundaries • Commercially sharp and able to protect margin and surface opportunities while partnering with Sales/CSM • Comfortable in an AI-native delivery organization and motivated to deepen automation in Professional Services • Ability to embody connectedness, truth-seeking, learning, and high standards with genuine care for people
