📋 Description

• Analyze business performance across financial, operational, commercial, and organizational dimensions. • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into business and initiative performance. • Conduct detailed analyses of revenue, profitability, productivity, utilization, customer, and operational metrics. • Aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources to support executive decision-making and business reviews. • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership meetings and operating reviews. • Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning through quantitative analysis and modeling. • Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses requested by executive leadership. • Work closely with senior leaders to measure progress against strategic objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and support initiatives driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, FP&A, operational excellence, or performance management. • Experience analyzing performance across financial, operational, customer, and organizational metrics. • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling, data analysis, and executive presentation development. • Ability to work with large data sets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar platforms is nice to have.
