📋 Description

• Lead valuation work, TAM analyses, market research, market analyses, and competitive intelligence analyses • Analyze pricing and packaging models and influence pricing strategy • Enhance and own the company's long-range financial model • Build dynamic models and lead sensitivity analyses for blockchain and crypto industry macro factors • Scale the financial model into the planning tool • Create financial models and scenario analyses for capital allocation decisions, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry • Synthesize scenario outputs into executive-ready narratives and recommendations • Track post-investment performance against underwriting assumptions and feed learnings into planning • Advise senior leadership and the executive team on high-stakes strategic decisions • Assess operational impacts and assist with implementing operational changes • Partner with the CFO, Finance leadership, and teams across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role • Strong executive presentation skills for clearly presenting complex topics to C-level audiences • Investor mindset and ability to synthesize complex business dynamics into investment theses and risk-adjusted recommendations • Strong business intuition connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers • Ability to operate with ambiguity and make high-quality decisions with incomplete information • Entrepreneurial orientation to define and develop the strategic finance function • Excellent financial modeling skills, including working with large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets • Experience at a SaaS, data, or technology company preferred • Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or Web3 is a strong plus but not required
