• 1+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR in a SaaS company. • A consultative approach to selling — you know how to ask smart questions, listen actively, and uncover real business pain points. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior-level sales and marketing leaders. • Strong understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and common go-to-market tools (CRM, marketing automation, etc.). • Familiarity with PRM or channel software is a plus. • Entrepreneurial mindset, driven and adaptable — eager to grow a SaaS business, explore the partner and channel ecosystems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while learning about new industries and technologies. • Organized and self-motivated, with a bias toward action and results.
