📋 Description

• Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to drive direct business growth across the US • Build business as an individual contributor and potentially grow a team after 12–18 months based on sales targets • Identify new opportunities across hospitality verticals including restaurants, hotels, bars, winemakers, national accounts, dealers, manufacturers and clubs • Prospect and convert new clients, particularly in fine dining and luxury hotels • Collaborate closely with Global CEO to align sales initiatives with business objectives • Establish long-term client relationships and sustainable revenue streams • Represent the company at industry events and conferences • Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, KPI reporting to Global CEO and Board • Maintain a clear pipeline and deliver consistent measurable sales results

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Track Record of individual sales success in either the hospitality industry or capital equipment sector • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate autonomously and take initiative • Strategic acumen to craft go-to-market strategies and pivot when needed • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage decision-makers in premium hospitality venues • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills • Direct reporting experience working closely with executive leadership is highly desirable • Willingness to travel frequently to see clients

🏖️ Benefits

• Salary range up to $120,000 depending on network, skills, and experience • Bonus Structure dependent on business growth versus current sales and income (details during interview) • Remote based with frequent client travel (flexible work arrangement) • Standard working days Monday to Friday with choice of 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm (30 minute lunch) • Opportunity to build and lead a team after 12 to 18 months based on sales success
