📋 Description

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using Charlie Health’s evidence-based curriculum • Review assigned curriculum before group start times • Facilitate groups across various age groups and cohorts, including Integrative, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour • Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging a camera-on culture and active participation • Participate in Tuesday collaborative Treatment Team meetings • Participate in bi-weekly Group Supervision with Clinical Leadership • Monitor and complete client documentation within 24 hours, meeting State and The Joint Commission standards • Maintain professional and prompt communication via email and Slack with Primary Therapists, Care Coaches, and staff • Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building facilitation for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.) • Must currently reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon • Demonstrated proficiency across multiple modalities: DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI • Experience in intensive treatment settings • Ability to work with a diverse population and age ranges from 8–64 • Ability to facilitate engaging, effective virtual sessions • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Strong belief in group-based treatment • Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries • Availability for full-time Monday–Thursday schedules or part-time Monday–Thursday or Friday–Saturday schedules, as applicable
