• Plan, initiate, and execute strategic sourcing to build robust candidate pipelines • Identify top performing candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, networking, etc) • Interact with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Handshake and Indeed), niche job boards, and leveraging our current employee networks • Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and coordinate interview processes • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools • Report on data, historical knowledge, and industry trends to help drive more effective recruiting strategies • Assist hiring managers will scheduling and coordinating interviews • Reach out to potential candidates through email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels to introduce job opportunities and establish initial contact when needed • Work on projects that improve and streamline the recruitment process during off-hiring quarters • Execute initiatives with scope beyond your job description as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven top performer - 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a start up environment as a top 10% performer • Ruthless screener - Experience using LinkedIn boolean searches to find the best possible talent • Expert closer - Provides an exceptional candidate experience and strong ability to sell the company and role • Think like an owner - Independent worker and self starter in a remote work environment • Creative thinker - Ability to come up with new ways to executive and get stuff done • Team player - Experience at an early-stage company with a broad array of assigned responsibilities • Nice to haves - Experience using Gem and Ashby
