📋 Description

• Resolve Provider and Consumer inquiries with one-touch resolution across phone, live chat, email, and SMS • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer and provider interactions while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency • Investigate inquiries, assess account activity, and provide accurate, timely resolutions • De-escalate complex customer situations professionally and empathetically • Document customer interactions and account-level issues accurately • Partner with leadership to improve customer experience, operational processes, internal systems, and team effectiveness • Collaborate across departments to support Cherry's growth in a fast-paced fintech environment • Maintain schedule flexibility for assigned weekends and select holidays

🎯 Requirements

• US-based role • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role • Experience supporting consumer lending, fintech, or other financial products preferred • Ability to multitask and de-escalate situations across voice, chat, email, and SMS • Exceptional task prioritization, organization, and attention to detail • Strong work ethic and pride in performance • Startup experience preferred • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment with a team-first mentality • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills highly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school diploma or GED required • Availability to work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in the respective timezone, including assigned weekends and select holidays • Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship requirements addressed in application
