📋 Description

• Analyze the root cause of overdue invoices using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Leverage system functionalities and established processes to resolve unpaid invoices • Follow established procedures and quality standards • Escalate complex cases to senior team members or management when necessary • Suggest ideas to improve processes • Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers • Maintain open communication and build trust by providing prompt, professional, high-quality service • Continue developing collection skills and knowledge of collection processes • Perform other assigned tasks or responsibilities based on team needs or country-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in collections, payment application, credit, accounts payable, or a related finance field • Bilingual in French and English required • Excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite • Strong communication skills and adaptability • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with sound decision-making abilities • Ability to thrive in a dynamic professional environment with tight deadlines • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace • English is the required official business language for work in international transportation
