📋 Description

• Determine the root cause of aging invoices using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices • Work within established procedures and adhere to quality guidelines • Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership • Contribute ideas for process improvement • Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers • Maintain open communication and build rapport through timely, professional service • Investigate account issues and respond to customer inquiries • Partner with customers to resolve invoice disputes and improve payment outcomes • Continue developing collections-process skills and knowledge • Perform other duties as assigned according to team and country-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum 2 years of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or related finance experience • French language proficiency required, spoken and written • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs • Effective and flexible communication skills • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Critical thinking skills and ability to use own judgment and make sound decisions • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional, deadline-driven environment • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
