📋 Description

• Compile the data, identify takeaways, and create decks for our operating cadences (RVP Reviews, Pipeline Reviews, Forecast, QBRs, etc.), over time taking on ownership for leading and driving these cadences directly • Provide analytical support for our Annual Planning (Capacity model, Leading Indicators, Topline targets, etc.) and deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting • Partner with our Data Science team to build dashboards for the field • Manage territory design and other core RevOps processes, evolving and driving efficiencies in our core processes as you ramp while partnering across the business with stakeholders like Marketing, Leadership, and others • Project manage internal initiatives or other ad-hoc projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in an operational or sales-focused role at a B2B tech company, with 1+ year at an early stage (Series A-D) SaaS B2B tech startup, or small team within a larger company • Advanced level Excel/Sheets proficiency, with the ability to independently analyze, manipulate, and present data and translate data into visualizations, presentations, and other content for broader consumption • Strong background and experience in Salesforce • Experience working with, and evolving processes within, Sales tools and systems (Gong, Outreach, etc.) • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to run between technical and non-technical audiences and adjust communication style based on audience need • Strong preference for candidates with understanding and experience in a B2B SaaS GTM sales motion
