📋 Description

• Create and perform tests to identify software problems • Analyze and describe bugs and errors found during tests • Document results of tests for product and software development team • Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience • Works together with engineering to help delivering expected behavior for applications • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test coverage plans and cases • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance of 5 years, in-depth technical support (tier 2 or above) or similar function • Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Knowledge and understanding of web services testing, http protocols and transactional formats (JSON) • API related tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar) • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Good oral and written communication skills • Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision • English and Portuguese • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools • Software programming languages and development • Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP • Experience with QA in DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) workflows or similar software applications • Being able to skillfully query relational and non-relational databases • Experience with performance and/or security testing • Experience in Cypress
