📋 Description

• Contribute to the evolution of a cutting-edge product using Generative AI. • Be responsible for the quality of the team's deliveries. • Collaborate with product, data and design teams on product strategy, prioritization and day-to-day follow-up. • Understand business requirements and propose technical solutions, selecting appropriate technologies and methods. • Participate in design and architecture discussions, proposing solution options. • Proactively resolve issues that impact the team throughout the development lifecycle. • Manage the full lifecycle (design, development, deployment and monitoring) of Multi-Agent Systems (MAS). • Design and implement robust agent architectures, balancing the autonomy of Crews with precise control of CrewAI Flows. • Define and implement observability and tracing mechanisms to monitor agents' performance, logs and token usage in real time. • Ensure implementation of guardrails for system safety and reliability, including hallucination prevention and behavior control.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Hands-on experience with Python. • Experience working with REST APIs. • Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases. • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions. • Solid experience with Docker containers. • Experience with metrics solutions and feature toggles. • Experience with automated testing. • Technical and conceptual knowledge of generative AI. • Proven experience developing and orchestrating Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), with emphasis on collaboration and task delegation among agents. • Deep knowledge in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and managing knowledge bases to feed agents. • Experience using and managing vector databases, essential for efficient knowledge indexing and retrieval in RAG. • Ability to apply context engineering to optimize LLM context windows, using techniques such as summarization and context selection to improve system performance (Max Effective Context Window - MECW). • Experience in query optimization and implementing re-ranking or document filtering techniques to ensure the context provided to agents is highly relevant and free of outliers (irrelevant documents). • Experience developing custom tools in Python, exposing APIs and external services to extend CrewAI agents' capabilities.
