📋 Description

• Collaborate with field managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals • Manage recruitment and develop strategies to source, attract, and recruit candidates for key positions • Use traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search • Collaborate with team members on innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies • Lead recruiting discussions with field managers and HR • Develop effective interview and sourcing strategies • Maintain data integrity and keep the Applicant Tracking System updated • Lead or participate in special projects supporting continuous business process improvement • Serve as an individual contributor without managing others

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, specifically aligned to high-volume recruiting • Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and field managers • Excellent project management skills • Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand business functions • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Proficiency with traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques • Full proficiency with Boolean search tactics • Knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes • Ability to work remotely in the United States
