📋 Description

• Execute adoption and optimization activities in long-term customer engagements • Maintain regular meeting cadence and documentation • Represent valuable outcomes from customer work • Lead adoption, optimization and integration of Splunk IT Ops and Observability solutions into customer business architecture • Provide technical mentorship on enterprise architecture, configuration and optimization in sophisticated environments • Advocate for customer initiatives and needs across the internal Splunk ecosystem • Serve as dedicated point of contact for adoption, optimization, customer success and technical escalations • Engage continually and share information with Splunk’s diverse account team • Resolve complex customer problems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics • 3+ years of demonstrable experience administering and using Splunk Core and/or ES • Demonstrable understanding of common enterprise applications • Statistical and analytical modeling is a plus • Solid understanding of bash scripting, Java, Python, .NET, databases and analytical tools • Meaningful software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics • Ability to act as the trusted advisor and product specialist for assigned customers • Ability to manage strategic accounts requiring partnership, negotiation and conflict resolution • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Active listening skills • Strong customer-facing skills
