📋 Description

• Mentor and guide Solutions Engineering Managers and individual contributors • Cultivate a culture of excellence and ensure execution of technical strategy • Serve as the technical face of Cisco for Americas Service Provider accounts • Oversee technical sales management • Transform corporate strategies into actionable, revenue-generating initiatives • Monitor Wireline and Wireless technology trends • Align customer roadmaps with the future of global networking • Build relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders • Navigate intricate deal structures and position Cisco as an indispensable partner • Connect Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams • Ensure client-focused solutions are cohesive, scalable, and innovative

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, including successfully managing other managers • Extensive Solutions Engineering leadership experience within the Service Provider sector • Deep understanding of the Americas Service Provider market landscape • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling business value • Technological fluency in Wireline and Wireless trends • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering leaders and C-suite stakeholders • Direct leadership experience at a competitive Network Equipment Manufacturer (preferred) • Deep expertise in the Service Provider market in the Americas (preferred) • Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams effectively (preferred) • Experience defining strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving quota performance (preferred)
