📋 Description

• Manage and grow a high-volume pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities using Hubspot CRM, maintaining strong execution across multiple concurrent deals • Prioritize accounts by segment (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise) and tailor outreach through structured research and high-frequency prospecting • Maintain up-to-date forecasting and pipeline visibility through detailed reporting by stage, segment, and timeframe • Execute multi-channel outbound strategies including cold calls, emails, video messaging, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, and Control Desk to remove blockers and accelerate deals • Consistently exceed quarterly sales goals in Total Payment Volume (TPV), Credit Line Activation, and New Customer Acquisition • Contribute to team learning by identifying and sharing outbound tactics that work

🎯 Requirements

• B2B SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrated success selling software or tech-based solutions to businesses. • Financial Stakeholder Fluency: Comfortable leading conversations with CFOs and finance teams through complex buying cycles. • Communication Excellence: Clear, confident communicator in Portuguese and English, with strong storytelling and negotiation skills. • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
