• Ready to accelerate your career? • Clara is the fastest-growing company in Latin America. • We invite you to join us if you want to be part of a fast-paced environment. • We're looking for a Territory Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth. • This role will be instrumental in expanding Clara’s regional presence. • You’ll join our Commercial team and be at the forefront of our mission. • As a sales leader, you’ll manage the full cycle-from identifying prospects to closing deals. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, replicate proven playbooks, and take ownership of your territory’s success.
• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments • Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry • Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) • Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking • Working proficiency in Spanish and English • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college • Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
