📋 Description

• We are looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving new sales revenue in the mid-market segment, understanding prospects’ needs and connecting them with the best solutions. • This position is part of the Sales team, which is responsible for the strategy and execution of customer acquisition and revenue growth in the mid-market and enterprise segments. • Conduct product demonstrations via videoconference. • Drive negotiations toward closing at the optimal time, aligning expectations with the client. • Negotiate commercial proposals. • Follow up on submitted proposals. • Handover clients to the Customer Success team following the Playbook, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• We are looking for someone with experience in consultative selling who can negotiate and influence others, enjoys studying and applying the latest sales concepts and best practices, and, above all, has the drive to be the best at what they do. • Creative and results-oriented, with the ability to develop new ideas to solve challenges in a simple and practical way. • Ability to build strong, effective relationships that result in opportunities. • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to change. • Strong communication skills and reliability with excellent punctuality. • Passion for sales. • Strong analytical skills for continuous monitoring of sales targets. • Proven experience of at least 5 years in SaaS companies. • Experience in outbound prospecting and negotiation. • Experience working alongside Professional Services teams (customized sales).
