📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Ecosystem, and Revenue Operations to understand business priorities and translate them into financial forecasts and analysis • Build and maintain financial models and forecasts for go-to-market leaders • Help leaders evaluate plans, assumptions, performance, and investment choices • Own recurring reporting and explain material trends or variances • Make the financial story clear to business partners • Investigate ad hoc questions and turn findings into recommendations for target attainment and efficient growth • Validate assumptions with stakeholders • Improve the clarity and consistency of reporting • Support sound day-to-day business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role • Hands-on experience using AI tools and building AI-powered workflows for financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting • Ability to validate AI outputs for accuracy and translate results into actionable business insights • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and spreadsheet skills • Experience producing recurring reporting or variance analysis • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Strong judgment and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple requests in a collaborative, fast-moving environment • Experience supporting SaaS or technology teams is desirable • Familiarity with Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, SQL, or business intelligence platforms is desirable • Experience assessing resource allocation, investment choices, or relationships between operating metrics and financial results is desirable
