📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing variances, trends, and KPIs • Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering data and coordinating with business units • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and cost management • Monitor and report bank financial performance against targets and identify improvement areas • Assist with regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies • Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities • Provide financial guidance to stakeholders • Participate in developing and implementing financial systems and process improvements • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management • Travel occasionally within the U.S. for company events and leadership sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis • Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a strong plus • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality • Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills • Knowledge of financial products and services, applicable regulations and laws • Ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents • Strong knowledge of unique industries and markets • Broad knowledge of business banking products and services • Ability to learn new tools quickly and leverage technology to optimize work • Strong communication, influencing, decision-making, and relationship-building skills • Commitment to teamwork and dependable collaboration • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as verified through E-Verify • Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours and standard banking hours • Ability to sustain standing and sitting • Frequent communication and PC use • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
