• Identify, onboard and manage new partners for the Impact Vertical, such as foundations, DFIs and Corporate CSRs. • Strengthening the Impact team through systems building and hiring. • This role requires strong management experience and ability to take on a leadership role, business development skills, ability to communicate clearly and consistently, and an inherent and natural interest in working with people. • You will need to travel for attending business meetings and mandatory company retreats (every 4-6 months).
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in business development, strategizing and project management. • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the sustainability sector. • Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships. • Effective communication for project coordination and stakeholder management with international clients, partners and collaborators. • Prior knowledge and understanding of climate tech, sustainability and the startup ecosystem would be considered as a bonus. • Understanding/ experience in ESG and Impact assessment would be a plus. • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. • Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and a general appreciation for systems & productivity tools (we use Click Up, Slack and a few others).
