📋 Description
• Review documents and determine responsiveness • Perform disclosure reviews and exemption analysis • Apply FOIA exemptions and recommend redactions • Draft correspondence and release packages • Support appeals and litigation case development • Update case management systems and maintain documentation • Coordinate with federal stakeholders as required
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 5 years of FOIA processing experience • Knowledge of FOIA, Privacy Act, and records management principles • Strong analytical and writing skills • Litigation and appeals experience (preferred) • Federal healthcare agency experience (preferred) • Experience with electronic discovery tools (preferred)
