📋 Description

• Serve as primary liaison with federal agency leadership and Contracting Officer Representatives • Manage all contractor personnel and subcontractor performance • Develop and maintain project management plans, staffing plans, and quality control processes • Monitor contract performance, schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables • Lead weekly, monthly, and annual reporting activities • Support process improvement and backlog reduction initiatives • Ensure compliance with FOIA, Privacy Act, HIPAA, and federal security requirements • Oversee appeals, litigation support activities, and quality assurance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution • Minimum 8 years of project or program management experience • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams • Experience with federal contracts and professional services management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Federal FOIA program management experience (preferred) • CMS, HHS, or healthcare agency experience (preferred) • PMP certification (preferred) • Experience managing remote federal support contracts (preferred)
